The Recreational Videography Training Program is designed for customer who have no real desire to work as a videographer or in the film industry, but do have a passion for the underwater world and marine life. During this course you will learn all the skills of underwater videography and editing to a level that you can produce a movie to a professional standard.

Pre-requisite
For this course you must be a PADI rescue diver or the equivalent. If you need to achieve this level, we can arrange the courses you will need to undertake

Course Materials
We will supply all the materials you will need, however we do advise you purchase the following:

Mask / Fins
Dive Computer
Powered 500Gb external desk top hard drive. We don’t recommend the use of the smaller 2.5 inch portable external drives.

If you do wish to bring your own dive gear that is no problem we have a kit room where this can be stored, or if you wish to purchase dive equipment when you arrive we can arrange this as well.

Course Duration
This is a 2-3 week course.

Cameras & Housings
You will use a variety of housing systems including SD (standard definition) 3CCD and HD 1080i. We believe that the broader choice of cameras we offer you the better understanding you will have of videography and when it comes the time to purchase your own setup you will have the knowledge to decide which model suites your needs and budget.
